LTA and Lexus form new partnership

As part of our role as the LTA’s in-house sponsorship sales team, Rocket Sports were tasked to find the ideal Lead Partner to LTA Performance and after an extensive search found the ideal partner in Lexus. The brand will sit across all LTA performance areas, from junior to elite-national competitions, in addition to the GB Teams and Major Events.

The Geraint Thomas Cycling Club reached 4.5 million downloads for 2023, following a series of extraordinary guests throughout the year. Supported by brands such as Zwift, Origin Coffee and Momentous, the GTCC has a loyal following of fans from Wales to Wyoming.

AJ Bell appointed Rocket Sports to find the right sponsorship for the next evolution of the AJ Bell brand strategy. Laying out key KPIs, Rocket Sports established a robust and transparent evaluation framework before carefully selecting and managing the pitch process which ultimately ended up in the successful five-year title partnership with the Great Run Series.

From conception in the Summer of 2020 to delivery in January 2022, this five-episode series celebrates the amazing parallels behind the stars of sport and music.  Commissioned by Olympic Channel Services, Rocket Sports brought together five pairings of Olympic Athletes and contemporary musicians in a show at the nexus of sport and music.

Rocket Sports proudly brokered the sponsorship between Ford and RideLondon organiser, London Marathon Events. Initially starting as a Presenting Partner in 2022, Ford stepped up to become the title partner in 2023 promoting active travel through an innovative “Park the Car’ campaign encouraging car users to cycle or walk rather than drive short journeys.

Breitling partner with world class cyclists

Rocket Sport’s Geraint Thomas and Laura Kenny are the two latest athletes to join the Breitling Squad. Both Laura and Geraint are pioneers of their sport and share Breitling’s brand values “spirit of excellence, passion and endurance”. Through this partnership, the riders will join Breitling’s elite sport squads and will support new product launches as well as brand activations throughout the partnership.

Lucy Campbell a perfect fit for NIVEA UK

Lucy Campbell heads up NIVEA’s new 2022 #CutbackOnPlasticPollution campaign, a partnership announced on World Oceans Day. Rocket Sports perfectly matched the British surfing champion’s personal endeavours to reduce plastic pollution and NIVEA’s commitment to an ambitious “Plastic Pledge,” that includes achieving 100% refillable, reusable, or recyclable packaging by 2025.

Vodafone celebrates with Elton gig

As Sir Elton John headlined British Summer Time in 2022, Vodafone delivered a unique augmented reality show paying tribute to the resilience of NHS and frontline workers for their incredible efforts throughout the pandemic. The partnership was brought together through Rocket Sports, Vodafone and their agency Fuse.

Rothesay partners with LTA

Rocket Sports and LTA are delighted to welcome Rothesay as title sponsor of three summer grass-court events in Nottingham, Birmingham and Eastbourne.  Attended by many of the world’s best players, all eager to build their grass court form ahead of The Championships at Wimbledon, the events will become known as the Rothesay Eastbourne International, Rothesay Birmingham Classic and Rothesay Nottingham Open.

The Daily Mile and World Athletics

The Daily Mile Foundation supported by INEOS signed on as an event supporter of the World Athletics Championships Oregon 2022. Rocket Sports is thrilled to have brokered the partnership with Dentsu and World Athletics. This collaboration came alive through the Worldwide Welcome Youth Relay and through an action orientated campaign to encourage schools across the U.S to sign up to The Daily Mile.
